Robert Andersen is a self-taught artist and photographer. A native New Yorker raised in Southern California. Robert attended the California Institute of the Arts on a full scholarship. He returned to New York to appear on Broadway in works by Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim and Andrew Lloyd Webber performing alongside the great Angela Lansbury as well as Carol Burnett, Lee Remick, Barbara Cook, Patti Lupone and Elaine Stritch.
While performing in the theater he also designed the logos for several Broadway productions as well as tee shirts and note cards for the Broadway Show League, a softball league made up of Broadway performers.
Deciding to leave show business, Robert then worked for Federal Express for the next 22 years, starting in offices in and around the World Trade Center and Greenwich Village, eventually transferring to Atlanta.
Robert lives in Lilburn and hopes you enjoy his "one of a kind" handcrafted greeting cards. Many of the photos were taken in his private garden.
